Clearly, long wait time for it to arrive after winter storm. But worth the wait. Benito was super responsive and keep us up to date. Install went smoothly. Already used it a few time when we lost power in misc smaller storms. Cutover went smoothly and at some points in storm didn't know if we were on backup power or utility company power, but we had power.

When the freeze hit in 2021, I did not want to be without power ever again!! I began looking for a company to install a Generac generator. Generator was installed in July 2021. We have not yet had an outage that has required us to use the generator but it worked flawlessly during all the test runs. Installation was a little bumpy because the plumber had some issues getting the gas line connected correctly, and the electrician did not approve the original location of the generator, but we worked through it and everything was eventually completed.

Exceptional work! The technicians are knowledgeable. I have been with Generator Service Center for quite some time know and my generator hasn't let me down! Its great to know I am in good hands and will always receive my scheduled maintenance when needed.
